I sketched this during my lunch break at one of my temp jobs. I wasn't taking customer support calls myself, but the people who were were right outside my door, and I could hear all the lovely heated arguments that ensued. I've worked at many different offices in my temp work, but this was the first one that actually felt a bit soul-sucking. I guess it didn't help that I was sick for the majority of my time there.
